Who are Totally Vocally?
An awesome, independent choir of Nottingham-based *acappella singers who tear up every stage they perform on with their joyful harmonies & percussive rhythms!
Their previous collaborations have included sharing the Lincoln Center stage in New York City with stars from Pentatonix & the Pitch Perfect films, & more recently, selling out Nottingham Playhouse with Gareth Malone.
Led by Abi Moore, these soulful singers bring you hope, joy & funky goodness-
in totally acappella harmony!
Expect huge, joyful harmonies direct from our mouths to your ears- bringing you pop, rock, funk & gospel anthems with groove, warmth & soul.
If you're expecting to see us holding folders, singing to backing tracks, reading words or standing still... sorry! Come see us for the soul-deep immersion, the uplifted spirit, the belief in the songs, the joyful faces, the percussive rhythms and lots of informal, natural, authenticity.
How do we do it? Totally Vocally!
(*Not sure what acappella means? It means ALL the (usually instrumental) sounds come from the singers' mouths and bodies - there is no band, no accompaniment, the singers sing in harmonies and make rhythms with each other to create a massive, warm, full sound. It's tricky, and it's REALLY rewarding on the ear!)

We've performed everywhere from tunnels and tramlines to pubs and theatres, from paddleboard championships to major festivals, from Nottingham Playhouse to New York's Lincoln Center - we can probably make your vision happen!
We can perform in small groups as backing singers for touring bands or as a full 80-person epic choir! Email abi@totallyvocally.com to chat through your ideas.
How do I register my interest in joining the choir?
